Pricing of Products and Services

Elzo tries to provide you with the precise cost of a service or a product listed, keeping in mind the price of the product or a service may vary. If the price of a product is inaccurate, Elzo can cancel the order or change the price of the product. When you make a transaction on Elzo, the total cost will be debited via the mode of payment selected.

Shipping Policy for Products

Orders for products are delivered within 6-8 business days with respect to our logistics partner. Elzo Petcare (Elzo.in) is not liable for any delay in delivery. Orders for services (eg, Packages, Hostel etc) will be rendered according to the information provided by the user.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy For Packages

  1. The user can cancel the request of service anytime before the service professional's departure from the clinic.
  2. In case if the clinic professional has arrived at your doorstep, you can get in touch with the Customer Support and cancel before any services have been availed.
Cancellation Policy For Booked Appointment
  1. User can cancel the booked appointment online or by contacting the customer support anytime before the scheduled appointment. Post that, user will not be able to do the same.
Cancellation Policy For Pet Hostel
  1. User can cancel the booked pet hostel online or by contacting the customer support anytime before the scheduled services are availed.
Refund Policy for Packages
  1. In case the user has cancelled the request of services before the scheduled time ( as mentioned in the pet calendar ), the refund will be processed within 5-7 days of cancelling the request. In some cases ( Technical issues ) the the refund can take up to 10 days.
  2. In case the user decides to cancel the services post the scheduled time, no refund will be processed to the user.

    Replacement

    Only in case of a defective item which has been delivered to your doorstep, you can Contact Us within 28 days from the date of delivery. The replacement for the defective product will be shipped immediately.

    Replacement

    1. Item(s) purchased by the customer are eligible for return on the Elzo website if the item delivered was defective or if any part of the final product was missing or if you received the wrong item. Your item must be in the original packaging.
    2. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase In case the user ordered a wrong item, it will not be eligible for a refund. Used, broken or opened seal items will not be eligible for any kind of a refund. All of the pet accessories, food, supplies or any other product comes under this category. The product should be in its original condition with the original packing and invoice for it to be eligible for refund. However, the services cannot be refunded once purchased.
    3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    4. If your return is approved, it will be processed to you in a few days, via the original method of payment.

    We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
