You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in Ludhiana, in the state of Punjab, India. General Elzo has the right to deny duty at home if during any home visit, the Elzo representative does not feel safe i.e if the pet is too ferocious to be handled. Elzo with mutual acceptance of the owner has the right to sedate the pet incase of Dental Cleaning or varied/ferocious behavior. In case of a denied duty by Elzo representative for home visit, the user can avail the same service without paying anything extra at the nearest clinic and will be guided for the same.
